Developed as part of Cascap’s Affordable Small Apartment Project (ASAP), 8 Bigelow St is now home to 10 low-income adults.  This commanding Victorian Mansard in the heart of Cambridge was used as a lodging house until if fell into disrepair.  The restoration of this historical treasure garnered historical preservation and restoration awards from both the Massachusetts Historical Commission and the Cambridge Historical Commission.
