Nonantum Village Place  (NVP) is located in the Nonantum neighborhood of the City of Newton.  NVP  has 35 one-bedroom apartments for elders.  The building design includes large and airy common rooms and hallways which are brightened by many windows and glass blocks to increase the natural light.   All of the apartments are designed with the goal of allowing residents to age in place, and several apartments are fully handicapped accessible.  All apartments feature individual cooling systems and  unit air flow controls for a more individual climate control.
