Three Gems, is located in the Acre Neighborhood of downtown Lowell, MA.  The project  was named by a local Cambodian Spiritual leader and initiated as a response to the need for culturally sensitive services and housing for the Khmer-speaking Cambodian population of Lowell.  When acquired, the property was vacant and dilapidated and was often used by squatters.  Cascap has restored the buildings elaborate exterior details in a historically sensitive manner and reconfigured the interior into eight one-bedroom apartments.
