Located just blocks from  Central Square in Cambridge,  Western Avenue was a neighborhood eyesore prior to Cascap’s efforts.

The sunny yellow building now stands out as a beautiful example of collaborative work between Cascap and the City of Cambridge.  Cascap acquired and rehabilitated the building as part of the Affordable Small Apartment Project (ASAP) which works to retain affordable housing for low-income adults.  Western Ave has five one-bedroom apartments and four studios.
